Broadway Park Housing Association is a non-profit making organisation with the specific aim of providing affordable housing for rent. Broadway Park Housing Association is registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965. The Association is also registered with the Housing Corporation who monitors the performance of Broadway Park Housing Association and the services it provides.

We manage 204 properties in Poole, Bournemouth and Wimborne, East Dorset. In addition to homes for rent the Association operates low cost home ownership initiatives aimed at people on low incomes who are not able to buy a property outright on the open market.

Broadway Park Housing Association's Committee and Staff

Broadway Park Housing Association is run by a Management Board who provide their services on a voluntary basis. The Board can consist of up to 12 members but currently has 10 including 1 Tenant Representative.

All Management Board members have a special interest in housing and are unpaid volunteers. The members are responsible for deciding and monitoring the Association's policies. A list of the current members can be accessed by clicking "Board Members" in the menu above.

The day-to-day management of the Association is carried out by professional housing staff. The team is as follows:
